We pack all orders continuously, and no later than 3 working days after ordering. Delivery time will normally be 2-5 working days from receipt Email that the package has been sent.
When the item has left our warehouse, responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping company, which must deliver your order within the promised time.
Bella Moda cannot provide any delivery guarantee for items that are not in stock when you placed your order, or for items that have left our warehouse.
This means that the total delivery time before the item reaches you may be longer than what is stated as normal for the selected shipping option, if the carrier itself causes a delay.
If the package is not picked up within 7 days at the delivery location, it will be returned to us.
You will also be invoiced for the shipping costs. If the item is to be sent again, the customer will be charged for shipping.

Wrong size? No problem, you can easily send the clothes back and get them in the right size. At Bella Moda, you can cancel your purchase and return it within 14 days from the day you receive the order.
We would like any right of withdrawal product(s) returned in the same condition as when you received the item.
- No strong smell or animal hair/dust
- The label must be on the garment (if there was a label on the item).
- The garment must not have been washed.
- Please pack the item back in the original packaging, and seal the package properly.

Bella Moda AS is not responsible for returns that are lost/damaged.
When you want to cancel your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping costs yourself. fill out right of withdrawal form and send the package to:
